Treatment of Coronary Microcirculation Disorders after PCI Based on“Heart-spleen Treatment”from Xiao Changjiang

经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后易引发冠状动脉微血管栓塞及功能障碍,中医从整体出发,辨证论治,临床疗效显著。肖长江教授以心脾同治为核心,辨治PCI术后冠状动脉微循环障碍,治疗以健脾益气、活血化瘀为法,将加味三参汤作为基本方,并依据证型加减方药,临床疗效显著。本文总结肖教授辨治PCI术后冠状动脉微循环障碍经验,并附医案一则。

Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is prone to cause microvascular thrombosis and functional impairment in the coronary arteries after surgery.TCM starts from the holistic perspective of syndrome differentiation and treatment,with significant clinical efficacy.Professor Xiao Changjiang focuses on the treatment of both the heart and spleen,and distinguishes and treats coronary microcirculation disorders after PCI.The treatment method is to strengthen the spleen and replenish qi,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.The basic formula is modified Sanshen Decoction,and the clinical efficacy is significant based on the syndrome type.This article summarized Professor Xiao’s experience in distinguishing and treating coronary microcirculation disorders after PCI,with a medical case attached.
