半夏泻心汤加味治疗寒热错杂型痤疮临证体会

Experience in Clinical Treatment for Acne with the Type of Simultaneous Occurrence of Cold and Heat Syndromes Using Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction

现代人常因饮食作息不规律,或超负荷工作以及焦虑情绪等,致脾胃运化失常,中焦痞满不通,脾胃升清降浊失职,脾湿生痰,聚于肌表,瘀阻成痤,又因痰湿日久化热,使上焦虚火浮于面发为疮。气机升降失常致下焦阴寒湿冷;又因脾虚及肾,肾阳不能潜藏,致焦虑、失眠、多梦,辨证属寒热错杂型痤疮。半夏泻心汤辛开苦降,清上温下,疏通中焦,恢复脾升胃降之机;加龙骨、牡蛎等以敛阴潜阳,交通心肾,除烦助眠。半夏泻心汤加味治疗寒热错杂型痤疮以疏通三焦,从内调外,疗效显著。
