脂质体在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展

摘要 脂质体作为一种药物递送载体,具有独特的微球结构、良好的生物相容性及对药物广泛的适用性,在抗肿瘤药物载体中的应用较为广泛。然而,肿瘤在治疗过程中存在侵袭力强、破坏性大且手术难度高等问题,因此如何优化脂质体,使其具备更好的靶向作用从而提高抗肿瘤疗效仍然是当前研究的重点。本文结合近年来国内外相关文献及研究成果,综述了被动、主动及物理化学靶向脂质体的特点及优势,总结归纳了脂质体在乳腺癌、肺癌及脑胶质瘤领域的应用,以期为脂质体给药系统的进一步研究提供参考,为新药研发提供理论依据。 As a drug delivery vehicle,liposomes have a unique microsphere structure,good biocompatibility and wide applicability to drugs,and are widely used in anti-tumor drug carriers.However,there are problems in the treatment of tumors,such as aggressiveness,destructiveness and surgical difficulty,so how to optimize liposomes to have better targeting effect and improve anti-tumor efficacy is still the focus of current research.Based on the relevant literature and research results at home and abroad in recent years,this article reviews the characteristics and advantages of passive,active,and physicochemically targeted liposomes,and summarizes the applications of liposomes in the fields of breast cancer,lung cancer,and glioma,in order to provide a reference for further research on liposome drug delivery systems and a theoretical basis for the research and development of new drugs.
