乙烯利应用在核桃采收及催熟上的潜在影响

摘要 为探讨乙烯利对核桃采收及催熟上的潜在影响,本文选用不同浓度乙烯利对核桃进行催落和催熟试验,结果表明:低浓度的乙烯利喷施对核桃复叶催落效果较好,且对花芽和叶芽的影响也较小;高浓度的乙烯利会导致核桃次年花芽和叶芽的凋亡,进而影响产量;高浓度乙烯利催熟会造成核桃仁农药残留超标,并致使坚果表面发红或发青。本研究可为核桃生产应用乙烯利提供参考依据。 An investigation was made to explore the potential effects of ethephon on the harvesting and ripening of walnut.Different concentrations of ethephon were used to accelerate the ripening of walnut.The results showed that the low concentration of ethephon spray shared the better effect on the falling of walnut compound leaves,while less effect was found on the flower and leaf buds.High concentration of ethephon was induced the apoptosis of flower and leaf buds of walnut in the next year,leading to the reduction of yield.The excessive pesticide residues were observed in the walnut kernel at high concentration of ethephon spray,where the nuts were red or green on the surface.The findings can provide a strong reference for the application of ethephon in walnut production.
