不同黏合剂对网箱养殖刺参饲料溶散速率的影响

摘要 开展了刺参颗粒饲料中添加不同种类黏合剂对其在水中溶散性能的影响试验。设置4个饲料试验组,分别添加瓜儿豆胶、海藻酸钠、黄原胶和明胶4种黏合剂,1个饲料对照组,不加黏合剂,每组设3个平行。结果表明,对照组在试验6 h后,饲料已完全溶散,海藻酸钠组在48 h溶散比达到98.56%,黄原胶和瓜儿豆胶组均在96 h完全溶散,明胶组则在174 h后才完全溶散。海藻酸钠组溶散速率(2.05%/h)显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),黄原胶和瓜儿豆胶组溶散速率(1.04%/h和1.02%/h)次之,明胶组的溶散速率(0.56%/h)显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。指出,在刺参颗粒饲料中添加黏合剂,能有效提高饲料在水中的稳定性,其中明胶对饲料的稳定性最好。 An experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of adding different types of binders to sea cucumber pellet feed on its solubility in water.Set up four feed experimental groups,adding four types of adhesives:Guar gum,sodium alginate,xanthan gum,and gelatin.One feed control group,without the addition of adhesives,with three parallel adhesives in each group.The results showed that the control group had completely dissolved the feed after 6 hours of experiment,while the sodium alginate group had a dissolution to dispersion ratio of 98.56%at 48 hours.The xanthan gum and guar gum groups were completely dissolved at 96 hours,while the gelatin group was completely dissolved after 174 hours.Each experimental group showed that the dissolution rate of sodium alginate group(2.05%/h) was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),followed by the dissolution rates of xanthan gum and guar gum groups(1.04%/h and 1.02%/h),and the dissolution rate of gelatin group(0.56%/h)was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05).It is pointed out that adding adhesive to sea cucumber pellet feed can effectively improve the stability of feed in water,with gelatin having the best effect on feed stability.
