分析CBL教学法和TBL教学法在冠脉CT影像教学中的应用效果

摘要 目的:分析案例教学法(CBL)和团队教学法(TBL)在冠脉CT影像教学中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2020年6月至2021年5月期间入科规范化培训的82个非影像专业学生进行教学研究,并采取随机双盲法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41个。给予对照组常规教学法,给予观察组CBL教学法结合TBL教学法,并对两组的教学效果进行对比。结果:观察组理论与影像报告完成质量考核成绩优良率、冠脉CT影像学习能力评分(学习兴趣、自主学习能力、分析和解决问题能力、语言表达能力、运用资源能力、诊断和辨别诊断思路、团队协作精神、掌握理论知识程度)、学生对教学效果满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在冠脉CT影像教学中合理有效的实施CBL教学法和TBL教学法,能够刺激学生学习相关知识的兴趣和积极主动性,能够对学生把握理论知识程度和实操、分析、报告冠脉CT影像能力大幅度提升,同时能够提升学生综合学习能力,学生对课堂教学效果和效率更加满意,值得推广。 Objective:To analyze the application effect of CBL teaching method and TBL teaching method in coronary CT imaging teaching.Methods:A total of 82 medical imaging students admitted to our hospital from March to November 2020 were selected for the study,and randomized double-blind method was used to divide them into a control group and an observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The conventional teaching method was given to the control group,the CBL teaching method+TBL teaching method was given to the observation group,and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Observation group theory and image report completion quality assessment score excellent rate,coronary CT imaging learning ability score(learning interest,independent learning ability,analysis and problem-solving ability,language expression ability,ability to use resources,diagnosis and identification of diagnosis ideas team Collaborative spirit,mastery of theoretical knowledge),and students'satisfaction with teaching effects were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The reasonable and effective implementation of CBL teaching method and TBL teaching method in coronary CT imaging teaching can stimulate students'interest and initiative in learning related knowledge,and can grasp the degree of theoretical knowledge and practical operation,analyze and report on coronary CT.The imaging ability has been greatly improved,and at the same time,the comprehensive learning ability of students can be improved.Students are more satisfied with the effect and efficiency of classroom teaching,which is worthy of promotion.
