排尿性膀胱尿道造影对儿童膀胱输尿管反流的诊断应用价值

Diagnostic Value of Voiding Cystourethrography in Children with Vesicoureteral Reflux

目的:探讨排尿性膀胱尿道造影(VCUG)对儿童膀胱输尿管反流(VUR)的诊断价值。方法:收集2021年7月—2023年6月收治的36例疑似VUR患儿为对象,均接受VCUG检查,分析VCUG诊断VUR的价值。结果:36例患儿经VCUG检查共发现72个PUUs,其中34个(47.22%)反流PUUs,VUS诊断32个(44.44%)反流PUUs。原发性VUR患儿33例(91.67%),继发性VUR患儿3例(8.33%)。36例患儿中<1岁28例(77.78%)、1-4岁4例(11.11%)、5-8岁3例(8.33%)、9-12岁1例(2.78%)。Ⅱ级VUR 3例(8.33%),Ⅲ级VUR 9例(25.00%),Ⅳ级VUR 16例(44.44%)、V级VUR 8例(22.22%)。结论:VCUG诊断VUR及明确反流分级方面价值较高,可为临床治疗提供参考。

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of voiding cystourethrography(VCUG)in children with vesicoureteral reflux(VUR).Methods:A total of 36 suspected VUR children admitted from July 2021 to June 2023 were collected.All of them were examined by VCUG,and the value of VCUG in diagnosing VUR was analyzed.Results:A total of 72 PUUs were detected by VCUG,of which 34(47.22%)regurgitant PUUs and 32(44.44%)regurgitant PUUs were diagnosed by VUS.There were 33 patients(91.67%)with primary VUR and 3 patients(8.33%)with secondary VUR.Among the 36 patients,28(77.78%)were<1 year old,4(11.11%)were 1-4 years old,3(8.33%)were 5-8 years old,and 1(2.78%)were 9-12 years old.There were 3 cases(8.33%)of grade II VUR,9 cases(25.00%)of grade II VUR,16 cases(44.44%)of grade IV VUR,and 8 cases(22.22%)of grade V VUR.Conclusion:VCUG is valuable in the diagnosis of VUR and the classification of reflux,and can provide reference for clinical treatment.
