基于定位指数与置信系数的道岔区轨道几何形位偏差变化量识别方法

摘要 针对道岔区段轨道几何形位偏差变化量识别问题,基于道岔区轨道几何检测数据及道岔设备台账信息,提出道岔定位指数及置信系数,实现各类道岔历次检测数据中尖轨尖端和心轨尖端位置的准确识别。基于关键结构里程对道岔区历次轨道几何检测数据里程信息进行同步修正,实现对道岔区轨道几何形位偏差变化量的有效识别。经实测数据验证,所提出方法对各类道岔历次检测数据的里程修正精度在0.5 m以内,并能够对道岔区段轨道几何不平顺存在微小变化处进行准确识别。分析结果在道岔状态评价与养护维修作业方面为一线作业人员提供科学可靠的指导。 Aiming at the identification of minor changes in track geometry in turnout areas,based on the track geometry inspection data in turnout areas and the ledger information of turnout equipment,the turnout location index and confidence coefficient were proposed to realize the accurate identification of the position of switch rail tip and point rail tip in previous turnout inspection data.The mileage information of the previous track geometry inspection data in the turnout area was corrected based on the mileage of key structure,achieving effective identification of the minor changes in the track geometry in the turnout area.Verified by the measured data,the proposed method has a mileage correction accuracy of less than 0.5 m for the previous inspection data of various turnouts,and could accurately identify the places with minor changes in the track geometry irregularity in the turnout section.The analysis results could provide scientific and effective guidance for front-line operators in turnout evaluation and maintenance.
