This paper introduces a simple and practical method of designing Web-based multimedia instruction system. Its teaching content is made and integrated through Microsoft Office, and then published by means of Web on Peer-to-Peer LAN or Internet/Intranet by using PWS or IIS. An example is also given in the end.
