摘要
目的评价以Ilizarov外固定支架组件的阴影作为参照的用以观察胫骨骨搬移对合端情况的DR摄片方法的可行性。方法回顾性分析2017年9月至2020年2月山西医科大学第二医院骨科接受胫骨骨搬移治疗的186例患者资料,根据对合端接触后的胫骨前后位DR图像摄片方法不同将患者分为两组:对照组(采用常规方法)114例,改良组(采用以Ilizarov外固定支架组件的阴影作为参照的DR摄片法)72例。比较两组患者的首次摄片成功率、二次补摄成功率、2次摄片成功率。结果改良组患者首次摄片成功率79.2%(57/72)显著高于对照组患者的45.6%(52/114),二次补摄成功率100%(15/15)显著高于对照组患者的54.8%(34/62),2次摄片成功率100%(72/72)显著高于对照组患者的75.4%(86/114),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以Ilizarov外固定支架组件的阴影作为参照的DR摄片方法可以帮助放射科医生提高此类摄片时成功率。
ObjectiveTo evaluate a novel photographic method to take shadows of Ilizarov external fixator components as references to obtain highly informative DR images of the docking site in tibial bone transport.MethodsA retrospective study was conducted to analyze the data of 186 patients who had undergone tibial bone transport at Department of Orthopedics,The Second Hospital Affiliated to Shanxi Medical University from September 2017 to February 2020.The patients were divided into 2 groups according to different photographic methods to obtain DR images of the tibia at the anteroposterior view after the bone ends contacted at the docking site.In the control group of 114 cases,a conventional method was used;in the improvement group of 72 cases,a novel method was used to take shadows of Ilizarov external fixator components as references to obtain highly informative DR images of the docking site.The 2 groups were compared in terms of the success rates of the first shot,the second shot and twice shots.ResultsIn the improvement group,the success rate of the first shot was 79.2%(57/72),significantly higher than that in the control group[45.6%(52/114)];the success rate of the second shot was 100%(15/15),significantly higher than that in the control group[54.8%(34/62)];the success rate of twice shots was 100%(72/72),significantly higher than that in the control group[75.4%(86/114)](all P<0.05).ConclusionThe novel photographic method to take shadows of Ilizarov external fixator components as references to obtain highly informative DR images of the docking site in tibial bone transport can help radiologists improve their success rate of obtaining such images.
