富锌酵母的粉体学性质及直压工艺研究

摘要 文章探究了富锌酵母原料的粉体学性质并评价其直压工艺。通过激光粒度分布仪、智能粉体特性测试仪分别测定各型号的富锌酵母原料的粒径分布、流动性参数,并开展吸湿性试验。使用ZP-10A压片机对不同型号的富锌酵母原料进行压片,根据片质量差异、出片力、崩解时限、脆碎度、抗张强度等参数及其变化规律来评价各富锌酵母原料的可压性和成型性。不同型号富锌酵母原料检测结果显示,富锌酵母10B和富锌酵母脱核酸型2种原料的D_(50)值主要集中在48.56~60.50μm范围内,粒径分布更为均匀,吸湿率分别为8.84%、7.22%,吸湿性较弱,通过流动性评价具备良好的流动性。富锌酵母10B和富锌酵母脱核酸型在片剂制备过程中与其他原料相比,出片力更低、抗张强度更大、成型性更好,更适合直压的工艺。文章探索了不同型号富锌酵母原料在不同压力下可压性和成型性的变化规律,此结果可为富锌酵母原料在固体制剂中的应用提供一定的理论依据。 The article explored the micromeritics properties of zinc-rich yeast and evaluated the direct compression process.The particle size distribution and fluidity parameters of each type of zinc-rich yeast raw material were determined by the laser particle size distribution instrument and the intelligent powder characteristic tester respectively,and the hygroscopicity test was carried out.ZP-10A tablet machine was used to press different types of zinc-rich yeast raw materials,and the compressibility and molding of zincrich yeast raw materials were evaluated by weight difference,release force,disintegration time,brittle strength,tensile strength and other parameters and their change rules.According to the detection data of different types of zinc-rich yeast raw materials,the D_(50) value of zinc-rich yeast 10B and zinc-rich yeast deconucleotide type is mainly distributed in 48.56–60.50 μm,the particle size distribution is more uniform,and the moisture absorption rate is 8.84%,7.22%,which is weak in hygroscopic properties,and has good liquidity through the evaluation of liquidity parameters.During the tablet preparation,zinc-rich yeast 10B and zinc-rich yeast deconucleotide type,with lower release force,greater tensile strength and better molding,are more suitable for direct compression compared with other raw materials.This study explored the regulations of pressibility and formability of different models of zincrich yeast under different pressures,which can provide a theoretical basis for the application of zincrich yeast in solid preparations.
