摘要
基于超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱技术建立了食品包装用纸中86种化学因子的高通量筛查方法。利用数据分析软件Peak View、MasterView和数据库软件Library View,构建86种化学因子的一级精确质量数据库和二级碎片质谱库。样品经甲醇提取,T3色谱柱分离,以乙腈和0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱。采用电喷雾离子源,正、负离子扫描模式采集数据。通过与质谱库中的精确质量数、保留时间、同位素丰度比、二级碎片进行自动检索匹配,实现食品包装用纸中86种化学因子的快速筛查。该方法具有样品前处理步骤简单、准确、灵敏、高通量和实用性强等优点,适用于食品包装用纸中常见化学因子残留的快速筛查。
A high throughput screening method for 86 chemical factors in food packaging paper was established based on ultra high performance liquid chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry.With the help of softwares Peak View,MasterView and Library View,a first-level accurate quality database and a second-level fragment mass spectrum database for 86 chemical factors were constructed.Samples were extracted by methanol and separated by T3 column,the acetonitrile and 0.1%formic acid aqueous solution were used as mobile phases for gradient elution.The data were collected by electrospray ion source with positive and negative ion scanning modes.By comparing precise mass number,retention time,isotope ratio and secondary fragments in the mass database,86 chemical factors in food packaging paper were quickly screened.This method had the advantages of simple sample pretreatment,accuracy,sensitivity,high throughput,and strong practicality,make it suitable for rapid screening of common chemical factor residues in food packaging paper.
