摘要
通过对塑性材料在常温下进行不同加载速率的拉伸试验,分析加载速率与材料屈服强度之间的关系,并通过最小二乘法拟合、指数函数拟合、对数函数拟合、幂函数拟合和拉格朗日插值拟合进行加载速率与材料屈服强度之间的曲线拟合。曲线拟合结果表明:屈服强度关于加载速率增加而增大,屈服强度从最小值283.67KPa,增大至303Kpa,增大值所占比例为6.38%~6.81%;六阶曲线拟合图最能反映屈服强度与加载速率的关系。
By conducting tensile tests on plastic materials at different loading rates at room temperature,the relationship between loading rate and material yield strength is analyzed.Curve fitting is performed using the least squares method,exponential function fiing,logarithmic function fitting,power function ftting,and Lagrange interpolation fitting to determine the relationship between loading rate and material yield strength.The results of curve fiting show that the yield strength increases with the increase in loading rate.The yield strength increases from a minimum value of 283.67 KPa to 303 KPa,with the increase accounting for 6.38%to 6.81%of the overall yield strength.The sixth-order curve fitting graph best reflects the relationship between yield strength and loading rate.
