教师专业道德守则的道德判断功能 及其实践语言表征

摘要 教师专业道德守则以文本为载体形成道德语言体系,该体系蕴含的独特的道德判断功能为教师在其专业生活中应对道德冲突提供了重要的判断依据。根据教师在专业道德实践过程中对道德指引的不同需求,教师专业道德守则可分为理想型守则、规范型守则和劝诫型守则三种类型,在发挥激励、倡导,引导、规范,提醒、告诫和预防的道德判断功能时,分别具有价值聚焦式语言、信念认同式语言和提示威慑式语言三种不同实践语言表征。为有效发挥守则的道德判断功能,针对不同守则的实践语言表征,需要寻求美德概念统一性以避免道德判断混乱,选取教师可承受范围的语词来避免道德判断形式化,更新具有时代特色且符合道德逻辑的用词以保持道德判断的合理性。
