摘要
目的探析阿奇霉素在小儿呼吸道感染治疗中的应用效果与临床价值。方法目的抽样法选取2021年1月—2023年1月上海安达医院呼吸科收治的80例呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,采用随机单双号法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组予以头孢他啶治疗,观察组采用阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组治疗效果、症状消失时间、实验室检查指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽等症状消失时间较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗7 d后,观察组降钙素原、C反应蛋白、白细胞计数、白细胞介素-6水平均更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素在小儿呼吸道感染治疗中效果显著,可促进症状消退,改善患儿实验室检查指标。
Objective To explore the application effect and clinical value of azithromycin in the treatment of pediatric respiratory tract infections.Methods 80 children with respiratory tract infections admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Shanghai Anda Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects by purposive sampling method,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by randomized single-double-number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ceftazidime,and the observation group was treated with azithromycin.The clinical effects,symptom disappearance time,and laboratory examination indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effectiveness rate in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough and other symptoms were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).7 d after treatment,the levels of procalcitonin,C-reaction protein,white blood cell count,and interleukin-6 were lower in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin in the treatment of pediatric respiratory tract infections can achieve significant effect,promote the symptoms to subside,and also can better improve the laboratory examination indexes.
