综合护理在2型糖尿病患者护理指导中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Care in Nursing Guidance for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的评估应用综合护理对2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)饮食护理指导的作用。方法回顾性选取2023年6—12月黔南州人民医院收治的82例T2DM患者的临床资料,经护理模式分组,综合护理、常规护理各41例,分别设为A组、B组,比较两组患者的病情指标、自护能力变化。结果干预后,A组的体质指数(25.20±1.51)kg/m^(2)低于B组(26.49±1.46)kg/m^(2),差异有统计学意义(t=4.847,P<0.05),A组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);A组的自护能力总分(68.04±2.99)分高于B组(57.06±3.42)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.331,P<0.05)。结论综合护理在糖尿病患者的护理指导过程中具有积极意义,可控制血糖水平、体质指数,提高患者自护能力,应用价值显著。

Objective To assess the role of applying comprehensive care for dietary care guidance in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods The clinical data of 82 T2DM patients admitted to Qiannan Prefecture People's Hospital from June to December 2023 were retrospectively selected,and patients were divided into group A and group B by the nursing mode,with 41 cases of comprehensive nursing and routine nursing,respectively,and the changes of disease indicators and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the body mass index of group A(25.20±1.51)kg/m^(2) was lower than that of group B(26.49±1.46)kg/m^(2),and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.847,P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of group A were lower than those of group B,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The self-care ability total score of group A(68.04±2.99)points was higher than that of group B(57.06±3.42)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.331,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a positive significance in the process of nursing guidance for diabetic patients,which can control blood sugar level,body mass index and enhance patients'self-care ability,and has significant application value.
