不同饥饿法强制换羽对笼养蛋鸭生产性能的影响

摘要 该试验旨在研究不同饥饿法强制换羽对笼养蛋鸭生产性能的影响。试验选用67周龄蛋鸭1350只,随机分为3组,分别为A、B、C组,每组5个重复,每个重复90只蛋鸭,A组采用完全饥饿法,强制换羽期间第1~10天断料不断水,第11~13天进行断料断水;B组采前中期阶段性饥饿法,强制换羽期间第1~2天和第7~8天断料不断水,第3~5天断料断水;C组采用前后期阶段性饥饿法,强制换羽期间第1~5天断料不断水,第11~13天断料断水。试验预试期2周,正试期10周。结果表明:A组、B组和C组分别在第12、15和16天达到符合强制换羽要求的体重,失重率分别为29.66%、30.39%和28.14%;强制换羽后,A组和B组的产蛋性能极显著高于C组(P<0.01),但3组的死亡率差异不显著(P>0.05)。可见,3种饥饿法强制换羽均能提高笼养蛋鸭的生产性能,其中A组强制换羽后生产性能较好。 The aim of this trial was to investigate the effect of forced moulting by different starvation methods on the performance of caged laying ducks.A total of 135067-week-old laying ducks were randomly divided into 3 groups,namely A,B,Group C,5 repetitions in each group,90 laying ducks per repetition,group A adopts the complete starvation method,the 1~10 days of forced moulting period to cut off the material and water,and the 11~13 days to cut off the material and water;Group B to the pre-harvest and mid-harvest stage starvation method,the forced moulting period of the 1~2 days and the 7th~8 days of continuous water,the 3rd~5th day of the material and water cut-off;Group C adopts the early and late stage starvation method,the forced moulting period of the 1st~5th day of continuous water,the 11th~13th day of the material and water cut-off.The pre-trial period is 2 weeks,and the main trial period is 10 weeks.The results showed that group A,group B and group C reached the weight that met the mandatory moulting requirements on day 12,15 and 16,respectively,and the weight loss rates were 29.66%,30.39%and 28.14%respectively.respectively.After forced moulting,the laying performance of group A and group B was significantly higher than that of group C(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in mortality between group 3(P>0.05).It can be seen that the forced moulting of the three starvation methods can improve the production performance of caged laying ducks,and the production performance of group A after forced moulting is better.
