温胆汤联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及患者记忆、行为变化观察

Effect of Gallbladder-Warming Decoction Combined with Olanzapine in the Treatment of Schizophrenia and the Changes of Patient Memory and Behavior

目的:探讨温胆汤联合奥氮平对精神分裂症患者的疗效及对记忆、行为变化的影响。方法:选取新乡医学院第二附属医院2019年10月—2022年10月收治的精神分裂症患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组40例,研究组采用温胆汤联合奥氮平治疗,对照组采用奥氮平治疗,对比两组临床疗效、记忆水平[临床记忆量表(CMS)]、行为水平[行为活动评定量表(BARS)]、甲状腺功能指标[游离甲状腺激素(FT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)]以及不良反应。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组CMS得分升高、BARS得分降低(P<0.01),且研究组CMS得分高于对照组、BARS得分低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后两组FT4、FT3均降低、TSH升高(P<0.01),且研究组FT4、FT3高于对照组、TSH低于对照组(P<0.01);两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温胆汤联合奥氮平能够改善精神分裂症患者的记忆、行为水平,改善甲状腺功能水平,临床疗效较好,安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of gallbladder-warming decoction combined with olanzapine on schizophrenia and the changes of memory and behavior of the patients.Methods:Eighty schizophrenic patients admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The study group was treated with gallbladder-warming decoction combined with olanzapine,and the control group olanzapine.The clinical efficacy,memory level[Clinical Memory Scale(CMS)],behavior level[Behavioral Activity Rating Scale(BARS)],thyroid function indexes[free thyroid hormone(FT4),free triiodothyronine(FT3),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)]and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of CMS increased and the score of BARS decreased(P<0.05)in the two groups,higher in study group than that in control group,and the score of BARS was lower in study group than that in control group(P<0.05).FT4 and FT3 decreased and TSH increased in both groups(P<0.05),were higher in the study group than in the control group,and TSH was lower in study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gallbladder-warming decoction combined with olanzapine can improve the level of memory,behavior and thyroid function in patients with schizophrenia,with good clinical efficacy and high safety.
