姜状三七水提物活血化瘀作用研究

Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis of Water Extract from Panax zingiberensis

目的:初步探讨姜状三七的活血化瘀作用,为今后资源的开发利用及深入研究奠定基础。方法:实验分为生理盐水组、阿司匹林阳性对照组及姜状三七水提物低、中、高浓度组,采用重量法测定各组体外兔血栓、血块溶解率;采用ADP诱导体外兔血小板聚集,并测定各组聚集率。结果:姜状三七水提物低浓度组对体外兔血栓的溶解率明显高于生理盐水组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且具有时间依赖性,其中8 h的溶解率达到了72.0%;而姜状三七水提物各浓度组对体外兔血块的溶解率影响不明显(P>0.05);此外,各浓度的姜状三七水提物及阳性药阿司匹林明显抑制体外兔血小板聚集(P<0.01),其中,中浓度组的血小板聚集抑制率可达53.9%,与阿司匹林组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:姜状三七水提物在一定浓度范围内能促进体外兔血栓溶解和抑制血小板聚集,提示姜状三七具有一定的活血化瘀作用。

Objective The effect of Panax zingiberensi on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis was preliminarily discussed in order to lay a foundation for further development and utilization of resources.Methods The experiment is divided into normal saline group,aspirin positive control group,low,medium and high concentration groups of water extracts from Panax zingiberensis.The dissolution rate of thrombus and blood clot in vitro in rabbit was determined by gravimetric method.Platelet aggregation was induced by ADP.The platelet aggregation rate of each group was measured by microplate reader.Result The dissolution rate of rabbit thrombus in vitro in the low concentration group of Panax zingiberensis water extract was significantly higher than that in normal saline group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)and it is time dependent,the dissolution rate of 8h reached 72.0%.The effect of different concentration groups on the dissolution rate of blood clots was not obvious(P>0.05).The inhibition rate of platelet aggregation in the medium concentration group was 53.9% and compared with aspirin group the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In a certain concentration range,the water extract of Panax zingiberensis can promote thrombolysis and inhibit platelet aggregation in vitro,It is suggested that Panax zingiberensis has certain effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
