基于“天-地-人”三部配穴理论运用针刺疗法治疗颈源性枕大神经痛验案

Acupuncture Therapy for Cervicogenic Occipital Neuralgia Based on the“Heaven-Earth-Human”Three-Part Matching Point Theory

颈源性枕大神经痛是临床上一种常见的神经性头痛,属中医“头痛”范畴,病机以气血亏虚为本,风寒阻络为标,乃本虚标实之证;治疗以调补气血、疏散风寒、通络止痛为原则。杨孝芳教授基于“天地人”三部配穴理论,谨守“天人合一”思想,治疗时重视标本兼治,利用针刺疗法有效改善颈源性枕大神经痛,文章介绍其诊疗思路,并附典型医案。

Cervicogenic occipital neuralgia is a common clinical neurological headache,belonging to the category of“headache”in Chinese medicine,with deficiency of qi and blood as the root cause and obstruction of wind and cold as the standard cause,which is an evidence of deficiency of the root cause and the standard cause.Treatment is based on the principles of tonifying qi and blood,dispersing wind-cold,and clearing the channels to relieve pain.Based on the theory of“heaven,earth and man”,Professor.Yang Xiaofang abides by the idea of“unity of heaven and man”,emphasizes on treating both symptoms and root cause when treating the disease,and effectively improves the cervicogenic occipital neuralgia by using acupuncture therapy.This article introduces its diagnosis and treatment ideas,and attaches the typical medical cases.
