摘要
学报质量是学报的生命线,学报工作中要把保证学报质量放在首要的位置。对学报质量的控制,主要从社会效益控制和学术质量控制入手。
The quality of a journal is the lifeline of a journal,and ensuring the quality of a journal should be given top priority in its work.The control of journal quality mainly starts from the control of social benefits and academic quality.
