某轻型燃气轮机启动点火试验研究

摘要 以某轻型燃气轮机整机为研究对象,开展启动点火试验研究。在大气温度-20~35℃范围内,通过燃油加温试验、压气机进口可转导叶角度调整试验、供油曲线调整试验来系统性探究影响整机点火成功的因素。多组试验得出的结论为:低温天点火比高温天点火更加困难;整机能否点火成功更多地取决于点火电嘴附近的实际油气比,而不是总油气比;在一定范围内,提高燃烧室进气流速对于点火成功有利;低温天时加热燃油,能显著提升点火成功概率;燃气轮机的冷热态对点火性能有较大影响。研究成果可为燃气轮机整机启动的点火策略提供参考。 Taking a light-duty gas turbine as research objective,the test study on its ignition during start-up was carried out.In the atmosphere temperature range of-20-35℃,the factors affecting ignition success were systematically explored by tests of fuel heating,angle adjustments of inlet guiding vane and adjustment of oil supply curve.The conclusions of tests were as follows:ignition at low temperature was more difficult than that at high temperature;the ignition success of the whole unit was determined more by the actual oil-gas ratio near the ignition nozzle than the total oil-gas ratio;to increase the inlet air velocity of combustion chamber was beneficial to the ignition success within a certain range;to heat up the fuel at low temperature could significantly improve the probability of ignition success;the ignition performance was greatly influenced by the state(hot or cold)of gas turbine.The research results can provide reference for the strategy of ignition during start-up in gas turbines.
