焊接转子智能制造应用体系方案设计与研究

摘要 数字化技术是帮助企业提高生产制造工艺管控水平、提升质量管控能力的有效工具之一。针对焊接转子的生产制造,基于数字化技术和智能制造理念构建了焊接转子智能制造应用体系。该体系包括数字化(转子)焊接工艺研发系统、一体化产品设计管理系统和数字化生产执行管控系统。数字化生产执行管控系统是本体系的核心系统,以生产执行系统为核心,由计划管理平台、数据管理平台、焊接设备管理系统和视觉影像管理系统等多个应用构成,可以实现生产业务的线上化闭环和生产数据的可视化。该数字化生产执行管控系统可提升生产精细化管理和质量管控水平,为离散生产制造企业的数字化转型提供参考。 Digital technology serves as a pivotal tool for enterprises to enhance their manufacturing process control and improve quality control capabilities.For the production of welded rotor,an intelligent manufacturing system was constructed based on digital technology and smart manufacturing concepts.The system was consisted of a process development system for digital welding of rotors,an integrated management system for product design and an execution control system for digital production.The execution control system for digital production was the core of the whole system,which consisted of management platforms of planning,data,welding equipment and visual imaging.The online loop-close of production operation and visualization of the production data could be realized by adopting this system,therefore,the production management and quality control levels could be improved,offering a reference for enterprises to carry out digital transformation from discrete manufacturing.
