摘要
某40 MW级生物质机组运行期间发生了汽流激振问题。介绍了原因分析排查的全过程,通过振动测试进行了原因分析,尝试了现场处理,但未能解决问题。之后根据开缸情况对相关部件进行了返厂修复,并对疏水系统进行了整改。最终查明问题原因为疏水管道布置不当,导致汽缸进水,使外缸上、下半温差急剧增大。这使得机组发生严重的动静碰磨,导致汽封间隙不均,进而诱发汽流激振。发现问题并整改后,机组的异常振动得以消除。研究成果可为类似振动问题的处理提供借鉴。
A steam-excited vibration occurred during the operation of a 40 MW biomass unit,and the whole process of cause analysis and investigation was presented.The vibration test was carried out,and on-site treatment was tried but failed to solve the problem.Afterwards,the relevant components were returned to manufacturer for repair based on the condition after opening the cylinder.Meanwhile,the drainage system was also rectified.It was concluded that the cause of the problem was the improper arrangement of drainage pipe,which led to water intake of the cylinder and made the temperature difference between the upper and lower halves of the outer cylinder increase sharply.Serious friction between rotating and stationary parts of the unit was caused,resulting in uneven clearance of gland,and then steam-excited vibration was induced.The abnormal vibration of the unit was eliminated after the problem was solved.The research results can provide reference for the treatment of similar vibration problems.
