文化叙事与饮食共情:朱子家宴的具身意涵及其旅游融合

摘要 朱子家宴是福建省的省级非物质文化遗产项目,历史悠久且文化内涵丰富,是朱子文化的组成部分。作为地方饮食,武夷山市五夫镇朱子家宴选用当地乡土食材、采用传统烹饪技艺,具有养生滋补的饮食功能。通过分析旅游者“身体-感知-情境”的具身意涵,提出以民间叙事、纪录片叙事、短视频叙事等文化叙事形式推动旅游开发;重视朱子家宴饮食文化的“在地”和“飞地”空间开发;围绕“期许-事件-影响”建构饮食共情参与研学体验的EEI模型;开展“非遗文化进校园”、文化研学、餐饮体验、技艺培训等活态传承、创新运营活动等非遗保护实践,以期实现朱子家宴文旅融合的高质量发展。 Zhu Xi's family feast is a provincial intangible cultural heritage project in Fujian Province.It has a long history and rich cultural connotation,and it forms a part of Zhu Xi's culture.As a local diet,the Zhu Xi's family feast in Wufu Town,Wuyishan City,uses local ingredients,adopts traditional cooking techniques,and has the function of health and nourishment.By analyzing the embodied mean-ing of tourists'"Body-Cognition-Situation",it is proposed that the cultural narrative forms such as folk narrative,documentary narrative,and short video narrative should be used to promote tourism development;attach importance to the development of"local"and"enclave"space of Zhu Xi's family feast food culture;construct an EEI model of dietary empathy participation in research experience around"Ex-pectation-Event-Impact";carry out intangible cultural heritage protection practices such as"intangible cultural heritage into the campus",cultural studies,catering experience,skill training and other active inheritance,innovative operation activities,etc.,in order to achieve high-quality development of the integration of cultural tourism at the Zhu Xi's family feast.
