Private enterprise is an important part of China's socialist market economy,it has made long-term steady development,and plays a more important role in China's foreign trade recent years.Besides,it has become an important force to construct new development pattern,as well as an important support to stabilize foreign trade and improve trade structure.At the same time,as the world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century,in addition to the common problems faced by foreign trade entities,private enterprises also face some other outstanding challenges,it specifically includes the lag about responding to the changes of global economic and trade landscape,problems in financing about transformation and upgrading,the lag about construction of compliance system,the e-mergence of green transformation pressure in global maritime transport.Therefore,we should perfect new service platform,properly address the reasonable financing needs of private enterprises,effectively improve the compliance level and capacity of private enterprises,reduce the cost of green shipping in many ways,so as to enhance the foreign trade's scale and quality of private enterprises.
