摘要
在超大城市存量发展背景下,大拆大建的公交场站综合利用方式已与城市更新要求的小规模、渐进式微改造理念不相适宜,需研究公交场站在存量发展约束下的综合利用策略。从分析公交场站在规划建设、服务水平、资金投入、投资体制等方面的现状问题入手,提出针对存量发展城市公交场站微更新改造的综合利用策略,包括提供便民商业设施、休憩活动空间、兼顾老旧小区停车设施、共享汽车充电设施、弥补产业园区生活配套服务等,并进一步提出相关关键配套措施,为公交场站在存量发展背景下的综合利用提供借鉴。
Under the background of stock development,the comprehensive utilization of bus stations in mega cities using a very comprehensive and large-scale open approach is no longer suitable for the concept of urban renewal requirements.It is necessary to study the comprehensive utilization strategies of bus stations under the constraints of stock development.In order to provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of bus stations under the background of stock development,the current situation of bus stations in planning and construction,service level,capital investment,investment system are analyzed.Then,a comprehensive utilization strategy is proposed for the micro renewal and renovation of existing urban bus stations,including providing convenient commercial facilities,recreational activity spaces,serving parking facilities in old residential areas,sharing car charging facilities,and supplementing living supporting services in industrial parks.Finally,key supporting measures for the comprehensive utilization of bus stations are proposed.
