摘要
木塑复合材料(WPC)是一种新型复合材料,当前还存在颜色稳定性差、耐老化性能较弱等问题。本文介绍了生产WPC的主要原料和阻燃抑烟、耐候、抗菌、高强度4种主要功能性WPC的研究进展。通过添加助剂的方式增强WPC性能,寻找出具有更高强度、多功能的WPC,提高其综合性能是未来的发展趋势;此外,还应进一步寻找绿色助剂,研究不同助剂用于WPC的协同作用机理、耐候性WPC老化机制。
Wood‑plastic composite(WPC)material is a new type of composite material,which currently faces problems such as poor color stability and weak aging resistance.In this paper,the main raw materials for producing WPC and the research progress of four main functional WPC,namely flame retardant and smoke suppressive,weather resistant,antibacterial,and high‑strength,are introduced.The future development trend is to enhance the performance of WPC by adding additives,find WPC with higher strength and multifunctionality,and improve its comprehensive performance.In addition,further research should be conducted on finding green additives,investigating the synergistic mechanism of different additives for WPC and the aging mechanism of weather resistant WPC.
