智慧赋能为传统养老服务面临的人力资源困境、服务碎片化、供需不匹配等问题提供了解决思路。科学技术是智慧赋能养老服务的关键要素,老年人认知是智慧赋能养老服务的基础要素,服务模式是智慧赋能养老服务的核心要素,三者共同驱动智慧赋能养老服务发展。在养老服务全过程中,供给侧推动、需求侧拉动、供需有效协同是智慧赋能养老服务的转型逻辑。在实践中,智慧赋能养老服务面临缺乏行业标准、适老化与护老化不足并存、需求与供给存在偏差、过渡路径尚未明确的困境。以驱动要素和转型逻辑为理论依据,聚焦实践困境,提出强化各主体责任、深度融合科学技术与人文关怀、持续提高供给广度、加强供给深度的对策与建议,最终达到智慧赋能养老服务高质量发展的目标。

Smart empowerment is an inevitable trend in the transformation and upgrading of elderly care services.In this process,understanding the driving factors and their internal connections of intelligent enabling elderly care services is the core basis for the transformation and upgrading of elderly care services.This whole process involves exploring the logical ideas for the transformation of elderly care services from both sides of supply and demand and promoting the whole process of smart empowering elderly care services.This paper systematically combs the theoretical basis and meaning of the intelligent empowered elderly care service,the driving factors of the intelligent empowered elderly care service,the transformation logic and its dilemma,and provides a reference for improving the overall idea and practice path of the intelligent empowered elderly care service.In the process of transformation and upgrading of traditional elderly care services,service supply and object demand are driven by the interaction of three elements:science and technology,elderly cognition and service mode.Science and technology are the key elements of intelligent empowered elderly care services,the cognition of the elderly is the basic,and the service model is the core,which jointly drives the development of intelligent empowered elderly care services.In the whole process of elderly care services,supply-side promotion,demand-side pulling,and effective coordination of supply and demand are the transformation logic of intelligent enabling elderly care services.Through technological innovation,quality improvement,model innovation and other means,the supply side can meet the diversified needs of the elderly,promote industrial upgrading and social development,and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional elderly care services.The demand-side can effectively pull through accurate identification,strengthen the smart cognition of the elderly group,pay attention to the fit degree of services,and meet individual needs;The cooperation between the supply-side and the demand-side of smart elderly care is the basis for achieving high-quality and intelligent elderly care services.Through the close cooperation between the two sides,the needs of the elderly can be better met,the level of elderly care services can be improved,and the healthy development of the smart elderly care industry can be promoted.In the practice of elderly care service,the concept of smart elderly care has experienced three gradual stages of formation,development and maturity.At present,the changes in the elderly’s cognition of smart elderly care and the derivation of new needs have brought new challenges to the current smart empowered elderly care services.China’s intelligent enabling elderly care services are faced with difficulties such as lack of industry standards,inadequate aging and nursing aging,deviations between demand and supply,and unclear transition paths.It is necessary to clarify and strengthen the responsibilities of each subject,integrate science and technology with humanistic care,continuously improve the breadth of supply,and strengthen the depth of supply countermeasures and suggestions,and finally achieve the goal of promoting the high-quality development of elderly care services with smart empowerment.
