摘要
该研究构建了钴铁普鲁士蓝类似物(Co-FePBA)和多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)修饰的无酶电化学传感器(NF/Co-FePBA/MWCNTs/GCE),Co-FePBA模拟过氧化氢酶对H_(2)O_(2)进行电催化还原,产生较强的电流响应,用于牛奶中H_(2)O_(2)的快速、灵敏电化学检测。在最优条件下,该传感器对H_(2)O_(2)的电流响应有较宽的线性范围(0.01~5.0 mmol/L),检出限(LOD,S/N=3)为0.52μmol/L。此外,该传感器具有较强的抗干扰能力和良好的重复性、重现性和稳定性,用于实际牛奶样品检测中回收率为91.3%~103%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤2.7%(n=3)。该电化学检测方法可以实现牛奶中H_(2)O_(2)的低成本、简单、快速、高灵敏检测。
In this study,an enzyme-free electrochemical sensor(NF/Co-FePBA/MWCNTs/GCE)was developed by modifying a glassy carbon electrode(GCE)with Co-Fe bimetallic Prussian blue an⁃alog(Co-FePBA)and multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs).The Co-FePBA acting as a hydro⁃gen peroxide-mimicking enzyme,electrocatalytically reduced H_(2)O_(2),generating a strong current re⁃sponse,for the rapid and sensitive electrochemical detection of H_(2)O_(2)in milk.Under optimal condi⁃tions,the sensor demonstrated a broad linear range(0.01-5.0 mmol/L)and a low limit of detection(LOD=0.52μmol/L,S/N=3)for the current response to H_(2)O_(2).Furthermore,the sensor exhibited strong anti-interference ability and good repeatability,reproducibility and stability.In milk sample detection,the sensor yielded recoveries ranging from 91.3%to 103%with relative standard deviation(RSD)≤2.7%(n=3).This electrochemical method enables a low-cost,simple,rapid and highly sensitive detection of H_(2)O_(2)in milk.
