纵轴流收割机秸秆切碎器的设计

摘要 我国是农业大国,每年农作物收获时产生大量的秸秆。秸秆直接焚烧将污染环境;秸秆离田不但极大地破坏了农业系统的养分循环,降低了土壤的长期生存能力,影响了农田质量,同时也将增加农户的种植成本。为解决秸秆处理问题,设计一款配置在纵轴流收割机的切碎器,将秸秆切碎后直接还田。该切碎器采用直列式动刀轴,结构简单、切碎效果好,满足小麦、水稻等农作物秸秆处理的要求。 China is a major agricultural country,producing a large amount of straw during crop harvesting every year.Direct incineration of straw will pollute the environment;Leaving straw from the nutrient cycle of the agricultural system,reduces the long-term survival ability of the soil,and has an impact on the quality of farmland,but also increases planting costs.To solve the problem of straw treatment,a chopper configured on a longitudinal axial flow harvester was designed,which can directly return the straw to the field after being chopped.The chopper adopts a straight blade type moving blade shaft,with a simple structure and good cutting effect,meeting the requirements of straw treatment for crops such as wheat and rice.
