煤矿机械设备故障诊断及修复关键技术分析

摘要 针对当前煤矿机械设备的特点进行分析,总结故障产生原因,包括技术人员综合素质、零件缺陷、检修不全面等。分析煤矿机械设备故障技术类型,主要有红外测温、无损检测、振动检测、油液磨屑分析等,指出提升煤矿机械设备故障检修效率,需要落实全面检修和预防性检修,并积极引进神经网络和数学模型新技术,以为煤矿机械设备故障处理提供科学借鉴。 The characteristics of the current coal mine machinery and equipment are analyzed,and the causes of the failure are summarized,including the comprehensive quality of technical personnel,parts defects,and incomplete maintenance.It analyzes the types of fault technology of coal mine machinery and equipment,mainly including infrared temperature measurement,non-destructive testing,vibration detection,oil grinding chip analysis,etc.,and points out that in order to improve the fault maintenance efficiency of coal mine machinery and equipment,it is necessary to implement comprehensive maintenance and preventive maintenance,and actively introduce new technologies of neural networks and mathematical models to provide scientific reference for fault handling of coal mine machinery and equipment.
