静电纺纳米纤维防雾霾纱窗的研究进展

摘要 综述了近年来静电纺纳米纤维防雾霾纱窗的制备方法的研究进展,并阐述了防雾霾纱窗的评价方法。静电纺纳米纤维防雾霾纱窗包括单一聚合物纳米纤维防雾霾纱窗、聚合物/无机复合纳米纤维防雾霾纱窗、多功能型纳米纤维防雾霾纱窗等,具过滤效率高、重复使用率高、成本低等优点,但过滤阻力、透光度、疏水性等性能有待进一步提高。防雾霾纱窗评价方法应对关键参数过滤效率、透光度及疏水性能进行评价。指出未来静电纺纳米纤维防雾霾纱窗的研究重点是通过水热合成、化学气相沉积等化学改性技术在纳米纤维表面引入新颖的物理结构或化学组分,以实现过滤性能、疏水性能及透气性能的显著提升,同时赋予纳米纤维防雾霾纱窗抗紫外、杀菌杀病毒等功能特性。 The research progress in the preparation methods of electrospun nanofiber anti-haze screens was reviewed in recent years.And the evaluation methods of anti-haze screens were described.Electrospun nanofiber anti-haze screens include single polymer nanofiber anti-haze screen,polymer/inorganic composite nanofiber anti-haze screen,multifunctional nanofiber anti-haze screen,etc..The electrospun nanofiber anti-haze screens have advantages such as high filtration efficiency,high reuse rate and low cost,but the filtration resistance,transparency,hydrophobicity,and other properties need to be further improved.The evaluation method for anti-haze screen windows should evaluate the key parameters such as filtration efficiency,transparency and hydrophobicity.It was pointed out that the research focus of electrospun nanofiber anti-haze screen windows should be focused on the introduction of novel physical structures or chemical components on the surface of nanofibers through chemical modification technologies such as hydrothermal synthesis and chemical vapor deposition in order to significantly improve the filtration efficiency,hydrophobicity and air permeability and contribute functional characteristics such as UV resistance and antifungal and antiviral activity to nanofiber anti-haze screens.
