一种自适应组织衰减的X射线颈椎图像增强算法研究

摘要 针对X射线颈椎图像存在低对比度和噪声的问题,提出一种基于自适应组织衰减的X射线颈椎图像增强算法。首先,采用加权最小二乘滤波对原图像降噪;然后,通过局部均值、局部模糊熵的衰减函数并结合局部最小值得到自适应组织衰减函数,定位最佳可去除组织分量;最后,结合亮度一致性因子,实现图像增强。实验结果表明,该算法能有效增强目标图像的对比度,降低噪声。与其他算法相比,该算法的信息熵H和标准差STD分别提高了3.4%和13.1%。 A X-ray cervical spine image enhancement algorithm based on adaptive tissue attenuation is proposed to address the issues of low contrast and noise in X-ray cervical spine images.Firstly,weighted least squares filtering is used to denoise the original image.Then,the adaptive tissue attenuation function is obtained by combining the local mean and attenuation function of local fuzzy entropy with the local minimum value to locate the optimal removable tissue component.Finally,combining the brightness consistency factor,image enhancement is achieved.The experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively enhance the contrast of the target image and reduce noise.Compared with other algorithms,the information entropy H and standard deviation STD of this algorithm have increased by 3.4 and 13.1 percentage points,respectively.
