兴隆庄煤矿过断层巷道围岩破坏机理及支护技术研究

Research on the Failure Mechanism and Support Technology of Surrounding Rock in the Fault Passing Roadway of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine

摘要 为解决兴隆庄煤矿6300轨道顺槽断层破碎带变形破坏严重、“锚杆索+金属网”联合支护技术失效的问题,基于现场钻孔窥视结果和围岩破坏机理,提出“浅部注浆管+深部注浆锚索”分层注浆加固技术方案。现场实践结果表明,巷道顶底板、两帮位移收敛稳定在68 mm、47 mm,深、浅离层量分别控制在23 mm、7 mm以内,围岩变形得到了有效控制。 To solve the problems of severe deformation and damage in the fault fracture zone along the 6300 track crossheading of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine,as well as the failure of the"anchor rod cable+metal mesh"combined support technology,based on the results of on-site drilling and peeking and the mechanism of surrounding rock damage,a layered grouting reinforcement technology scheme of"shallow part grouting pipe+deep part grouting anchor cable"is proposed.The on-site practice results show that the displacement convergence of the roof,floor,and two sides of the roadway is stable at 68 mm and 47 mm,and the layer separation amount of deep and shallow are controlled within 23 mm and 7 mm,respectively.The deformation of the surrounding rock is effectively controlled.
