摘要
针对盛平煤矿一段孤岛工作面巷道断面严重收缩变形的问题,分析沿空掘巷上覆岩体破断结构特征,揭示锚杆支护悬吊理论、组合梁理论等对试验沿空掘巷围岩的控制机理,得出沿空掘巷锚杆支护的技术参数,确定孤岛工作面窄煤柱沿空掘巷围岩稳定控制的薄弱区域,并对其薄弱区域提出注浆加固方案。通过采用理论分析、力学分析、数值模拟与现场实测的方法,对其设计方案进行试验效果分析验证。现场实测表明:两帮及顶板位移从12 mm、20 mm,分别增长到127 mm、158 mm,并且逐渐趋于稳定,顶部锚杆测力计最大数值为28.4 MPa,帮部锚杆测力计最大值为13.5 MPa,锚注支护效果显著,可以有效控制盛平煤矿孤岛工作面窄煤柱沿空掘巷围岩的变形。
Aiming at the problem of severe shrinkage and deformation of the cross section of a section of isolated island working face in Shengping Coal Mine,the characteristics of the fractured structure of the overlying rock mass in the roadway excavation along goaf are analyzed,the control mechanism of anchor rod support suspension theory,composite beam theory and others on the surrounding rock of the experimental roadway excavation along goaf is revealed,the technical parameters of anchor rod support for the roadway excavation along goaf are obtained,the weak area for stable control of the surrounding rock of the narrow coal pillar roadway excavation along goaf in the isolated island working face is determined,and grouting reinforcement scheme for its weak area is proposed.By using theoretical analysis,mechanical analysis,numerical simulation,and on-site measurement methods,its design scheme is analyzed and verified through experimental effects.The on-site measurement shows that the displacement of the two sides and the roof increases from 12 mm and 20 mm to 127 mm and 158 mm respectively,and gradually stabilized.The maximum value of the top anchor rod force gauge is 28.4 MPa,and the maximum value of the side anchor rod force gauge is 13.5 MPa.The anchor grouting support effect is significant,which can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the narrow coal pillar roadway excavation along goaf in the isolated island working face of Shengping Coal Mine.
