深井综放面回采巷道超前支护范围及支护阻力研究

摘要 新河煤矿主采煤层平均埋藏深度达到960 m,应力环境复杂,巷道支护困难。为解决大埋深工作面巷道超前支护困难的问题,以5302综放工作面为工程背景,现场监测确定超前支承压力影响范围平均157.5 m,通过数值模拟得到超前支承压力区的范围均值为161.3 m,通过理论计算研究5302进风巷和胶带顺槽超前支护参数,通过现场实测验证设计参数的合理性。结合各个方法确定超前支护范围为162 m,构建了综放工作面回采巷道力学结构模型,5302进风巷超前支护设计为单元支架布置在巷内煤柱一侧,同时在实体煤帮侧布置一排单体支柱,排距为1.0 m;5302胶带顺槽超前支护为每米巷道支柱数量为3根。通过现场围岩变形实测分析,超前支架支护适应性较强,有利于工作面安全生产。 The average burial depth of the main mining coal seam in Xinhe Coal Mine reaches 960 m,and the stress environment is complex,making roadway support difficult.In order to solve the problem of difficulty in advanced support of roadways in large burial depth working faces,taking the 5302 fully mechanized caving face as the engineering background,the on-site monitoring determines the average influence range of advanced abutment pressure is 157.5 m.Through numerical simulation,the average range of advanced abutment pressure zone is obtained to be 161.3 m.Theoretical calculations are conducted to study the advanced support parameters of the 5302 air intake roadway and the tape crossheading,and the rationality of the design parameters is verified through on-site measurement.By combining various methods,the range of advanced support is determined to be 162 m,and a mechanical structure model of the stoping roadway in the fully mechanized caving face is constructed.The advanced support of the 5302 air intake roadway is designed as a unit support to be arranged on one side of the coal pillar inside the roadway,while a row of individual pillars is arranged on the side of the solid coal gangue,with a spacing of 1.0 m;the advance support of the 5302 tape crossheading is 3 pillars per meter of the roadway.Through on-site measurement and analysis of surrounding rock deformation,it is found that the advanced support has strong support adaptability and is conducive to safe production of the working face.
