煤矿通风机振动故障预警方法设计及应用研究

摘要 针对通风机振动故障预警存在的不足,对煤矿井下恶劣工作环境中通风机机械典型故障及其特征进行分析,阐述了振动分析方法及其基本规范,设计了一种创新的基于振动分析的煤矿通风机振动故障预警方法。该方法以MCM-100设备状态监测平台为基础,603C01加速度振动传感器对振动信号进行高精度在线动态采集,运用频谱分析+振动强度对故障进行诊断识别。实践结果表明:该通风机振动故障预警方法能对永红煤矿FBD8.5-2×75型局部通风机发生的所有振动故障进行准确判断,并进行预警,保障了设备的安全,为煤矿通风机的故障监测与预警提供了一种有效的技术解决方案,有助于提高煤矿的安全性和效率。 In view of the shortcomings of vibration faults early warning for ventilation fan,this paper analyzes the machinery typical faults and characteristics of ventilation fan in downhole harsh working environments of coal mines,elaborates on vibration analysis methods and basic specifications,and designs an innovative vibration analysis based method for early warning of ventilation fan vibration faults in coal mines.This method is based on the MCM-100 equipment status monitoring platform.The 603C01 acceleration vibration sensor performs high-precision online dynamic collection of vibration signals,and uses spectrum analysis+vibration intensity to diagnose and identify faults.The practical results show that the vibration fault early warning method for the ventilation fan can accurately diagnose all vibration faults that occur in the FBD8.5-2×75 type local ventilation fan of Yonghong Coal Mine,and provide early warning,ensuring the safety of the equipment.This provides an effective technical solution for fault monitoring and early warning of coal mine ventilation fans,which helps to improve the safety and efficiency of coal mines.
