断层防治水评价及煤柱“三区”转换研究

摘要 梁宝寺煤矿3500轨道上山巷掘进过断层,为了安全掘进需要对DF315断层区域进行富水性探查及防治水评价,通过物探、钻探及对巷道顶板、底板三灰、十下灰、奥灰等含水层进行安全评价,将DF315防治水煤柱转换为缓采区。物探、钻探及安全评价的结果:DF315断层周围富水性弱且断层不导(含)水,正常情况不存在断层沟通含水层水害风险;底板三灰、十下灰、奥灰等含水层的实际隔水层厚度都大于安全隔水层厚度,巷道顶板45 m范围内无含水层,则巷道掘进过程中不会受到上述含水层水害威胁。根据“三区”管理规定DF315断层煤柱可由禁采区转换为缓采区,3500轨道上山巷掘进中不受顶板及底板含水层水害威胁,可安全快速地通过DF315断层。 The 3500 track up mountain roadway in Liangbaosi Coal Mine excavates through faults.In order to ensure safe excavation,it is necessary to conduct water rich exploration and water prevention and control evaluation in the DF315 fault area.Through geophysical exploration,drilling,and safety evaluation of aquifers such as the three ash,tenlower ash,Ordovician ash and others on the roof and floor of the roadway,the DF315 water prevention and control coal pillar is converted into a gentle mining area.According to the results of geophysical exploration,drilling,and safety evaluation,it is showed that the water richness around the DF315 fault is weak and the fault does not conduct(contain)water.Under normal circumstances,there is no risk of water damage in fault communication aquifer exists.The actual waterproof layer thickness of aquifers such as floor three ash,tenlower ash,Ordovician ash and others are greater than the safe waterproof layer thickness.There is no aquifer within 45 m range of the roadway roof,the roadway excavation process will not be threatened by the above-mentioned aquifer water damage.According to the"Three Zones"management regulations,the DF315 fault coal pillar can be converted from a prohibited mining area to a gentle mining area.During the excavation of the 3500 track up mountain roadway,it is not threatened by water damage from the roof and floor aquifers and can safely and quickly pass through the DF315 fault.
