煤矿AI智能预警平台研究应用

摘要 针对矿井生产系统复杂、工作环境多变、安全事故多发、人工巡查效率低、隐患排查不及时等问题,通过研究应用AI智能视频分析算法,利用视频监控系统构建智能安全预警平台,实时监测井下作业场所,对人员安全行为、设备状态、安全隐患等进行智能识别和数据分析,及时发现违规作业和设备隐患,提升了矿井安全生产管理水平和智能化建设水平。 Aiming at the problems of complex production system,variable working environment,frequent safety accidents,low efficiency of manual inspections,untimely investigation of hidden dangers and others in mines,by studying and applying AI intelligent video analysis algorithms,utilizing video monitoring system to build an intelligent safety early warning platform,and monitoring the downhole workplace in real time,intelligently identifies and data analyzes are conducted on personnel safety behavior,equipment status,safety hidden dangers,etc.,and timely discovers illegal operations and equipment hidden dangers,and the mine safety production management level and intelligent construction level are improved.
