摘要
针对矿井传统的物资装运方式物流速度缓慢、运输效率较低、运输车辆周转率不高、需要人工查车查料等问题,研究应用先进的物流管理技术,建设智能物流管理系统,从物资审批至装车各个环节无缝连接,在装车同时生成文字及数码信息并推送到车辆定位卡;人员在井口、换装点、收货点等主要位置,通过手持终端APP确认,从而完成整个运输过程的主要环节定位管理及收货确认;通过系统随时跟踪、查询物料送达地点,自动生成车辆、物料的运输轨迹;并根据物料的出库、收货以及过程确认环节生成的数据,出具各类统计分析图表。该技术使矿井辅助运输系统实现了智能化的运输模式,为现代化煤矿企业辅助运输管理提供可靠支撑能力。
In view of the problems of slow logistics speed,low transportation efficiency,low turnover rate of transportation vehicles,the need for manual inspection of vehicles and materials and others in the traditional material shipment method of mines,advanced logistics management technology is studied and applied to build an intelligent logistics management system.From material approval to loading,each link is seamlessly connected,and text and digital information are generated while loading and pushed to the vehicle positioning card;personnel are located at major locations such as the wellhead,transshipment points,receiving points,and so on and are confirmed through handheld terminal APP to complete the positioning management and receiving confirmation of the main links in the entire transportation process;by tracking and querying the delivery location of materials through the system at any time,transportation trajectories of vehicles and materials are automatically generated;and according to the data generated from the material's ex-warehouse,receiving,and process confirmation processes,various statistic analysis charts are issued.This technology enables the mine auxiliary transportation system to realize an intelligent transportation mode,providing reliable support capacity for auxiliary transportation management in modern coal mine enterprises.
