摘要
针对煤矿生产中存在的安全性风险问题,采用系统理论和现代信息技术进行综合分析与解决,通过深入调查和分析煤矿生产中的安全隐患,运用系统理论揭示了各种风险因素之间的复杂关联;引入先进技术,包括实时数据采集设备、人员定位系统、紧急广播和通信联络系统、视频监控和电力控制系统以及紧急避险系统,从而实现对煤矿环境、设备和人员的全方位监测与管理。通过对实时数据的深度分析,构建煤矿安全风险预警指标体系,运用风险分析技术对各类数据进行综合处理,为煤矿安全风险提供了准确的评估和预警;通过智能管理系统实现了风险预警和分级管控功能,确保在危险事件发生时能够迅速、有序地撤离人员。
In view of the problem of safety risks existing in coal mine production,a comprehensive analysis and solution are conducted using system theory and modern information technology.Through in-depth investigation and analysis of safety hidden dangers in coal mine production,the complex relationships between various risk factors are revealed using system theory;introducing advanced technologies,including real-time data acquisition equipment,human position positioning system,emergency broadcasting and communication liaison system,video surveillance and power control system,and emergency risk aversion system,thus to achieve omnibearing monitoring and management of the coal mine environment,equipment,and personnel.Through in-depth analysis of real-time data,a coal mine safety risk early warning indicator system is constructed,and risk analysis technology is used to comprehensively process various types of data,providing accurate evaluation and early warning for coal mine safety risks;the functions of risk early warning and hierarchical management and control are realized through the intelligent management system to ensure that personnel can be evacuated quickly and orderly when dangerous events occur.
