腹股沟疝腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术后临床护理路径的实施方法及结果观察

Implementation Method and Result Observation of Clinical Nursing Path after Laparoscopic Total Extraperitoneal Hernioplasty for Inguinal Hernia

目的研究临床护理路径应用于腹股沟疝腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术(TEP)后的作用。方法选择2022年5月—2023年7月黄梅县第二人民医院收治的98例腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组49例。患者均接受TEP治疗,术后对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以临床护理路径。比较两组术后临床指标、疼痛程度、并发症发生率和满意度。结果研究组术后临床指标(肛门排气时间、离床活动时间及住院时间)均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预后疼痛程度数字评估量表(NRS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹股沟疝TEP患者术后采用临床护理路径能促进康复、减轻疼痛及预防并发症,对提高患者的满意度也有积极作用。

Objective To study the application of clinical nursing pathway in laparoscopic total extraperitoneal hernia repair(TEP)for inguinal hernia.Methods 98 cases of patients with inguinal hernia admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Huangmei County from May 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects,which were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.All the selected patients received TEP treatment,the postoperative control group was given routine care,and the research group gave the clinical care path.Comparing the postoperative clinical indexes,pain degree,complication rate and satisfaction degree of the two groups.Results Postoperative clinical indexes(time of anal exhaust,time out of bed and time in hospital)in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The NRS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and it was significantly different(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway can promote rehabilitation,relieve pain and prevent complications,and also has a positive effect on the satisfaction of patients.
