摘要
应用德国OBLF公司光电直读光谱仪(OBLFQSG750-Ⅱ)对焊丝ER70S-6的制样与分析方法进行了研究。通过OBLF自带的小样品夹具,将不同方法制备的焊丝样品卡在夹具内,水平放置在火花台上进行分析,找出了最佳的分析条件。将分析结果与红外碳硫仪(CS-230)、电感耦合等离子体光谱分析仪(ICPAESPQ9000)测定值进行对比,结果比较理想,解决了传统焊丝化学分析方法时间长的问题。
The sample preparation and analysis method of welding wire ER70S-6 was studied by OBLF direct reading spectrometer(OBLFQSG750-Ⅱ).By using the small sample jig of OBLF,the welding wire samples prepared by different methods were stuck in the jig and placed horizontally on the spark table for analysis,and the best analysis conditions were found.The analysis results were compared with those of infrared carbon sulfur analyzer(CS-230)and inductively coupled plasma spectrum analyzer(ICPAESPQ9000),which solved the problem of long time for traditional chemical analysis of welding wire.
