摘要
针对施工现场钢筋弯折断裂的问题,对钢筋进行了化学成分、力学性能、宏观断口、显微组织、维氏硬度及生产过程分析,找出断裂的主要原因,并提出了钢筋生产及加工工艺的改进建议。
By analyzing the chemical composition,mechanical properties,macroscopic fracture,microstructure,Vickers hardness,and production process of the bent and fractured steel bars,the main cause of the fracture was found to be that the construction personnel used a small diameter bending core to bend the steel bars with segregated microstructures,resulting in the fracture of the steel bars.Improvement suggestions for the production and processing technology of steel bars were proposed.
