摘要
针对钢铁厂污水处理现状进行分析,并对改造前出水水质进行检测,基于现有工艺过程总结了存在的问题,提出对其物理处理单元、生化处理单元以及深度处理单元进行工艺改造,改造后的污水处理系统出水水质检测结果优于改造前的水质,验证了此次工艺改造的可行性,为后续污水处理工艺方案的研究奠定了基础。
An analysis was conducted on the current situation of sewage treatment in steel plants,and the water quality of the effluent before the renovation was tested.Based on the existing process,the existing problems were summarized,and the physical treatment unit,biochemical treatment unit,and deep treatment unit were subjected to process renovation.The effluent quality of the sewage treatment system after the renovation was tested,and the results were better than the water quality before the renovation.This verified the feasibility of the process renovation and laid the foundation for the subsequent research on sewage treatment process schemes.
