电解铝厂脱硫废水治理技术应用实践

摘要 阳极是电解铝生产过程中一项必不可少的原材料,在参加电化学反应过程中,阳极中的硫会发生氧化,形成二氧化硫气体随着烟气进入净化系统,电解铝厂大都采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫技术进行处理,但在处理的过程中又会产生脱硫废水,影响环境。针对该问题,对脱硫废水各种治理方法进行简介,并将物化法处理脱硫废水工艺应用于山东某电解铝公司,通过对脱硫前后水质化验结果以及脱硫系统使用前后的用水量进行统计,验证了治理措施的有效性,为电解铝行业处理脱硫废水提供了一种较好的方法。 The anode is an essential raw material in the production process of electrolytic aluminum.During the electrochemical reaction,the sulfur in the anode will be oxidized to form sulfur dioxide gas,which will enter the purification system with the flue gas.Most electrolytic aluminum plants use limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization technology for treatment,but desulfurization wastewater will be produced in the treatment process,affecting the environment.In this paper,various treatment methods of desulphurization wastewater are introduced,and the physicochemical treatment process of desulphurization wastewater is applied in an electrolytic aluminum company in Shandong province.The effectiveness of treatment measures is verified through the water quality test results before and after desulphurization and the statistics of water consumption before and after the use of desulphurization system,which provides a better method for the treatment of desulphurization wastewater in the electrolytic aluminum industry.
