摘要
针对钢板表面出现的边部微裂纹问题,通过现场跟踪,并结合金相分析找出了钢板表面边部微裂纹的原因,针对性采取调整结晶器振动参数、控制氮化物析出和优化冷却系统三方面的措施,使得钢板表面质量得到大幅度提高。
In order to solve the problem of microcracks on the surface of steel plate edge,the causes of microcracks on the surface of steel plate edge were found out by field tracking and alloy phase analysis,and three aspects were improved through the vibration of mould,the control of nitride,and the optimization of cooling system.After the measures were implemented,the surface quality of the steel plate was greatly improved.
