以新时代信息技术的高速发展为背景,阐述了新时代下数字经济和经济高质量发展之间的关系,通过分析数字经济的发展现状,剖析数字经济在当代所面临的一些问题,提出了提高产业融合、缩小区域鸿沟、加大创新力度和完善制度和监管体系等切实有效的解决方案,为“新常态”下中国经济的高质量发展指明了前进的方向。

This article takes the rapid development of information technology in the new era as the background,elaborates on the relationship between the digital economy and high-quality economic development in the new era.By analyzing the current development status of the digital economy,it analyzes some of the problems faced by the digital economy in contemporary times,and proposes practical and effective solutions such as improving industrial integration,narrowing regional gaps,increasing innovation efforts,and improving institutional and regulatory systems,This has pointed out the direction for the high-quality development of the Chinese economy under the new normal.
