面对百年未有之大变局,依赖外部出口拉动经济发展的县域地区面临着新的机遇和挑战。我国是制造业大国,但深入剖析制造业产业结构,各地区产业多集中在产业链中低端,外部环境不稳定对企业的发展造成影响。一方面,国内订单需求、内需拉动、高端有效需求难以满足,低端制造业利润空间不大;另一方面,国外供应链不稳定,外向型企业发展受阻。新发展格局下企业如何向国内市场转型、如何稳定向好发展,政府如何支持和培育好制造业发展的环境值得探析。企业从找准产品定位、利用比较优势提高竞争力探索转型,政府从政策体系、要素保障助推制造业转型发展。

Faced with a major change in a century,the county and regions that rely on external exports to drive economic development are facing new opportunities and challenges.my country is a major manufacturing country,but in-depth analysis of the manufacturing industry structure.Industries in various regions are concentrated on the low-end of the industrial chain,and the unstable external environment has affected the development of enterprises.On the one hand,domestic orders demand,domestic demand,and high-end effective demand are difficult to meet,and low-end manufacturing profits have little profit space;on the other hand,foreign supply chains and unstable,and export-oriented enterprises are blocked.Under the new development pattern,how companies transform into domestic markets and how to develop stable development,and how the government supports and cultivate the development of manufacturing development is worth exploration.Enterprises have explored and transformed competitiveness from looking for product positioning and using comparative advantages.
